I have a similar muscle build as this but can't seem to get the fat off lower belly and back (love handles) while keeping the rest thick and muscular looking. Goal is 200lbs and 10% bf, but i'm already starting to push up against the semi accepted 25 ffmi 'limit' for natty bodybuilders even though i consider.
